ChatGPT guesses when it doesn't know. Our AI doesn't: when the data is unclear, it stops, shows you the options and waits for your answer. The calculations aren't done by AI but by ordinary code and your spreadsheets. Most of the solution is a simple program, and AI is used only where text needs to be read or an email understood. In the first month you approve every important action with one button. Once you see you keep pressing "yes", we switch the approval off. Everything the AI did is written to a log that you can see.

Two parts. First, a one-off build fee. It depends on how complex the task is: how many programs need connecting, how many rules need writing down, how many exceptions there are. Second, a fee for the tasks performed. It depends on the task type: pulling simple information out of an email costs one amount, generating a document or uploading a product costs another. Each task has its own price, usually counted in cents, and the monthly bill is the sum of those tasks. It includes everything the AI needs to run: servers, AI providers, licenses, fixes and rule changes. No extra subscriptions. We give you specific amounts once we know your task and its volume.

Not for everyone. The line is simple: if at least about 5 hours of computer work a week repeats in your business, for example one person spending 1 hour on it every day, the numbers work. If it's less, the monthly fee won't pay off, and we tell you so on the call, usually in the first 10 minutes. You'll leave knowing what can be automated in your business and when to come back to it. If you're not sure you're our client, reply to the confirmation email with one sentence about what repeats, and we'll answer right away.

Everything runs on our servers, and we install nothing on your computers. We buy business licenses, so AI providers don't see your data and don't learn from it. The data stays yours, and the confidentiality agreement and data processing addendum are part of the contract. On mistakes: the AI doesn't make decisions on its own that could lead to a fine. Everything that goes out or changes data goes through your approval in the first month, and every action is written to a log, so you can always see what was done and from what.

You don't need to write the task, we do that. We need three things from you: half an hour with the person who does the work now, who shows on screen how they do it, a few sample files, and access to the programs you already use. We write up the rest and send it to you for approval. If you'd rather not give access without a contract, we sign a confidentiality agreement first, we do that with everyone. We train the AI the way you'd train a new person: you tell it what to do and when, you don't write an algorithm.

We don't do demos, and here's why: AI works in the background, there's nothing to watch. An email came in, a record appeared, an invoice went out. Instead of a demo there are three things. Compare the full cost, not the salary: taxes, vacation, sick leave, training, and when they leave after six months, you train someone again. With AI each task is counted in cents, and a rule you explain once stays forever. And often price isn't the point. If the work is squeezed into two days before a deadline or into evenings after work, one more person will be just as overloaded as you on those same days.

Fair enough. You know the task prices in advance, and the monthly bill is their sum from the log, so there are no surprises. If you want to know the amount before we even start, we fix it in the contract: either a fixed monthly amount or a cap the bill never goes over, no matter how much work the AI does. Worst case you pay the agreed amount, best case less.

We work with what you already have: Rivilė, Pragma, Finvalda, iTax, Excel, Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, PrestaShop, WordPress and others. We connect in three ways. If the program has an integration, directly. If not, through file import and export, the way a person would do it. If there's neither, the AI works through your account in the browser, the way an employee would. You don't need to buy new software. On the call we look at your screen and tell you which way fits. If it's not clear on the spot, we check and get back to you within a few days instead of guessing.

We maintain it, and that's included in the monthly fee: fixes, changes, new models, situations when a provider changes their system. The AI doesn't rewrite itself, and that's on purpose. When rules pile up on top of each other, after a month the AI starts getting lazy and skipping the old ones. You tell us what to change, we change it from the inside. The data is yours from day one, no minimum terms. You can cancel any time: the AI stops, the data stays in your programs. Taking over the solution and maintaining it yourselves is possible if you have your own developer, and we agree the terms separately.

The AI writes to you where you already are, usually Telegram or email: one message with all the facts and "Approve" and "Skip" buttons. The final decision is always yours. Anything that goes to a customer or changes data goes through your approval in the first month. Every action is written to a log: who, when, from what data. The monthly bill is calculated from the same log, so you can recalculate it yourself.

If you have someone who will build and maintain it, do it yourselves, that's the honest answer. The difference isn't the tool, it's two things. ChatGPT waits for someone to type a question, then answers. Our AI does the work itself, every day, without you: it picks up the email, enters the record, sends the reply. Second - who fixes it when it breaks. AI models change every few weeks, and a home-made solution without maintenance starts making mistakes within a month or two. With us, maintenance is included in the monthly fee.
